Job summary

• Analytical laboratory experience required.
• Hands-on lab experience, documentation and data management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Access for data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conducts material, component and product testing per schedules.
• Develops proprietary test procedures and standards.
• Develops special test equipment for TempurSealy performance tests.
• Supervises testing to coordinate with suppliers and other teams.
• Develops analytical methods to validate product performance.
• Coordinates analysis with new suppliers to ensure standards.
