Job Description
  • Operate automation systems to assist with the preparation of samples in a pharmaceutical testing lab
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on automation platforms
  • Additional duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, buffer prep, vial fills, and delivering samples
Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

  • Strong computer, mechanical, and organizational skills
  • Experience with automation systems including liquid handlers and labeling/sealing equipment
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in a related major)
  • 2-4 years of industry experience
Additional Information
  • Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Base pay range: $22.96 - $25.13 per hour, based on degree and relevant experience level
