Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware development labs or similar environments.
• Experience with server hardware bring-up and troubleshooting.
• Experience with serial communications and low-level debugging.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Networking fundamentals knowledge and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Hardware Integration & Bring-Up: instrument prototype servers, install/configure and validate equipment.
• Automation & Tool Development: develop scripts and tools to streamline deployment, validation, and inventory.
• Datacenter & Lab Operations: manage rack deployment, cabling, space planning, power validation, and asset management.
• Networking & Infrastructure Support: assist with network deployment, subnet troubleshooting, switch configuration, connectivity validation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with hardware, firmware, silicon, security, validation, and infra teams to resolve issues.
