Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry, specimen and material pick-up, transportation, and tracking with precision.
• Receive and process specimens according to established procedures.
• Utilize information systems to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Operate and maintain pre- and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including automation systems.
• Occasionally perform phlebotomy services at the assigned site (if applicable).
• Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with courtesy and professionalism.

• Master the tech: Utilize various information systems to complete your tasks efficiently and accurately
• Equipment expert: Operate and maintain pre- and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including laboratory automation systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Go the extra mile: Perform occasional phlebotomy services when needed at your assigned site (if applicable)
• Be the friendly face: Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism—you're an important part of their healthcare experience
