Texas Oncology in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Lab Assistant to join our team. This full-time position supports specimen collection, analysis, and quality control under supervision. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends. Levels I/II/Senior offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Level I is entry-level with no experience.
• Level II requires 3 years laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens from patients as ordered.
• Perform specimen analysis and maintain logs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure QC compliance.
• Prepare patients and assist with testing procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and charting of results.
