Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of laboratory experience.
• Two years of college including biology courses plus one year laboratory experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• Ability to protect confidentiality of participant information.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory logistics and transport of clinical specimens.
• Coordinate with staff and the public for sample handling.
• Maintain chain-of-custody and transport conditions to preserve samples.
• Drive between lab and satellite locations to monitor equipment.
• Keep lab spaces clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
• Track logs, documentation, and stock supplies.
