Provides phlebotomy expertise, decision making, and problem solving skills based on in depth knowledge of phlebotomy procedures. Coordinates the collection, receipt in computer, processing, and delivery of patient specimens for tests performed by the laboratory. Performs microbiology specimen processing.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an approved phlebotomy training program or one year of proven experience in Hospital, Reference, or Physician Office Lab required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in utilization of personal computer skills.
