Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support pre-analytical processing and specimen collection. You will help ensure quality and safety while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a teamwork-driven environment.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy training, with a preference for ACLS/PALS. A valid driver's license is also needed, and you may rotate among lab locations as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of phlebotomy training course.
• At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience.

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy training course

Experience

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience

License/Certifications

• Current drivers license
• ACLS certification, preferred
• PALS certification, preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Basic reading and writing skills.
• keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job.
• Interpersonal and communication skills required
