Job summary

Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP in Lihue, HI is hiring for a Full-time phlebotomy-focused role. On-the-job training provided with base hourly pay and opportunities to contribute to patient care through proper specimen collection, processing, and storage.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong reading/writing and analytical skills, and the ability to operate standard lab equipment. Prior related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good reading/writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (centrifuges, telephones, computers, etc.).
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper collection, processing, and handling of specimens.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a laboratory environment with PPE requirements and biohazard controls.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
