Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories is seeking a full-time team member for first-shift operations in a high-volume clinical setting. You will handle specimen processing, be part of an automated workflow, and ensure accuracy and safety in all tasks.

You will work with lab instrumentation, computers, and automated systems, lifting up to 40–50 lbs as needed. Training and ongoing support are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare/production/fulfillment environment experience preferred but not required.
• Strong reading, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate computers, automated systems and lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored.
• Work in a highly automated, fast-paced environment to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform tasks with physical lifting up to 40-50 lbs.
• Support equipment operations by clearing consumables and disposing biohazard waste according to safety standards.
• Follow procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate processing and workflow efficiency.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
