Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Lab Assistant to support laboratory staff at FMC Main Campus. This role focuses on pre-analytical tasks, specimen handling, and timely processing of samples to ensure continuous patient care.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required to maintain quality testing. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and some lab or phlebotomy experience; additional coursework or certification is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.

Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
