Winona Health is seeking a Lab Assistant (0.9 FTE) to support laboratory services with receptionist, registration, secretarial, and specimen collection duties. Requires phlebotomy training/experience and the ability to provide off-site services as needed.
Shifts vary between 5 am and 9 pm with weekend/holiday rotation every third pay period. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking in a healthcare setting.

The Lab Assistant (LA) provides receptionist, registration, secretarial, and specimen collection duties to support laboratory services. The LA must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multitask well. Requires previous phlebotomy training and/or experience.
