Job summary

Baptist Health System's Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a compassionate phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. You will perform venipuncture, handle specimens, and support routine clinical testing with accuracy and care.

Required high school diploma; completion of phlebotomy program preferred; able to draw blood within six weeks; prior lab experience a bonus.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion preferred.
• Ability to perform blood draws independently within six weeks of hire.
• Preferred: 6 months of laboratory experience.
