Job summary

Under direct supervision, you will maintain lab equipment, manage inventory, and adhere to CLIA, OSHA, and safety protocols while upholding confidentiality and professionalism in a high-quality patient-care environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience (entry-level welcome!).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment with potential exposure to biohazards.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens from patients as ordered.
• Document and process lab results according to established procedures.
• Perform basic analysis of chemistry, hematology, and immunology specimens.
• Maintain lab inventory and ensure supply viability.
• Send specimens to reference labs and chart incoming results.

Scope of Role
