Job summary

American Health Associates in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Lab Assistant to join our clinical reference laboratory team. The role involves sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing in cooperation with lab staff to ensure accurate results.

The position offers full-time hours with a 7am-5pm schedule Tue–Fri, and opportunities for cross-training and advancement in a state-of-the-art facility. Experience in a laboratory environment and a detail-oriented approach are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior laboratory, phlebotomy or medical office experience is preferred.
• Word processing and spreadsheet skills are preferred.
• Detail oriented with accuracy for reliable results.
• Tues-Fri: 7am-5pm availability (shifts discussed during interview).

The role

AHA is looking for a responsible lab assistant to carry out sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing in cooperation with the rest of the lab team. The successful candidate will have experience in a laboratory environment and accuracy to extract reliable and valid results.
