Job summary

Alliance Technical Group seeks a Laboratory Analyst I to support routine lab operations under supervision. You will prepare reagents, run basic analyses, maintain instruments, and document results per SOPs while building foundational skills in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level position requires a Bachelor’s in a related science field and 0–2 years of lab experience, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field.
• 0–2 years of laboratory experience.
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic standards and reagents following SOPs with minimal oversight.
• Set up and load instruments for routine analyses with guidance.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures under supervision.
• Complete laboratory documentation accurately and consistently.
• Track sample progress and ensure timely processing and reporting.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments with guidance.
• Support senior analysts and supervisors in daily lab operations.
