Qualifications

• Associates or B.A./B.S. degree in Chemistry or related discipline, or equivalent.
• Two or more years of laboratory experience in a lab setting.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Capability to visually discern color and to distinguish odors.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical analyses for quality control of products and materials.
• Record observations and results following GMP practices for food, cosmetics, or pharma.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments and prepare test solutions.
• Generate Certificates of Analysis and enter data into defined systems.
• Ensure safe operations and comply with environmental, health, and safety rules.
