Job summary

Sedron Technologies in Indiana is seeking a Laboratory Quality Technician to analyze samples from production, record results, and ensure testing aligns with SOPs and regulatory standards. You will calibrate and maintain lab equipment and support QA documentation.

Collaborating with production, QA, and R&D, you will help drive continuous improvement, manage lab inventory, and prepare COAs as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field and 2+ years of laboratory experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field; 2+ years lab experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial lab setting.
• Familiar with titrations, colorimetric analysis, moisture analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples from production, raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Record results, analyze data, identify trends, and feed back to production teams.
• Perform routine and non-routine testing per SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate lab equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean workspace and participate in safety audits.
• Prepare records, COAs as needed; support QA and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage lab inventory and forecast supplies.
