Job summary

University of Vermont Medical Center in Malone, NY seeks a Pathology Department Support role. You will assist with maintenance, chemical handling, and clerical duties, and help manage sample submissions and pickups across campus and nearby clinics.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with no weekend shifts. A high school diploma or GED and a valid NY driver’s license are required. Reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist pathology department with minor maintenance, chemical handling and clerical tasks.
• Provide relief clerical support and assist in sending out and picking up samples within ~10 miles of campus.
• Must have reliable transportation to complete samples pickup and delivery.
