Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a healthcare-related field required; clinical licensure as applicable.
• Five or more years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission policies, standards, survey, and accreditation processes.
• Experience as a surveyor preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Executes Accreditation and Certification Operations goals and plans.
• Oversees field representative cadre and performance improvement activities.
• Serves as SME for CMS and JC accreditation standards for assigned programs.
• Develops and monitors department strategic plans and budgets.
• Manages field representatives, including hiring, development, and evaluations.
