Alliant International University, Inc. is seeking a Campus Director to lead recruitment, admissions and student services across the campus, ensuring a strong candidate experience, retention and graduation outcomes.

The role oversees campus operations and may supervise IT and facilities, reporting within a matrix environment with Admissions and Financial Aid. The position offers a competitive salary range of $76,000–$80,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to influence student

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible higher education or closely related professional experience, preferably in graduate or professional education.
• Supervision experience of professional staff required. Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and fostering inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational effectiveness and campus IT/facilities management.
• Lead programs supporting recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation of students.
• Provide student advising, accessibility and international student services, tutoring, veterans affairs, orientation and commencement.
• Ensure HR policies and campus compliance within a matrix organization.
• Travel as needed to support events and campus needs.
