Job summary

SELECCION CONSULTING LLC is seeking an SAP Finance S/4HANA Transformation Leader based in the Los Angeles area. The role oversees finance decisions within a multi-year SAP program and collaborates with Digital Transformation and IT teams to deliver standardized, scalable finance processes.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of SAP Finance Transformation experience, leads large S/4HANA programs, and champions best-practice governance and changes across global teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP Finance Transformation experience.
• Experience leading finance workstreams in large SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Strong understanding of RTR, FI & CO, and financial controls/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance decisions across the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Lead future-state design for RTR and related finance processes.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate design workshops and decision forums.
