SOSANI Studios seeks a Junior Producer (Content Social Media) / Coordinator to be the content engine for the CEO's personal brand. You will shadow the CEO, manage daily shoots in Los Angeles, and drive the content pipeline with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

You'll edit videos for short-form formats, stay on top of trends, and engage audiences across Instagram and TikTok. This role blends creativity with organization in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualificações

• Experience shooting high-quality video on a smartphone.
• Editing with CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
• Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok and other social platforms.
• Highly organized with content library, posting schedules, and tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow the CEO, record day-to-day activities and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Maintain and accelerate the content pipeline with fresh weekly output.
• Edit short-form videos for posting across platforms.
• Listen to audience feedback from DMs/comments to generate ideas for new content.
• Identify trends, topics, and formats to pitch fast, actionable ideas.
• Publish videos and monitor engagement to inform next batch of content.
