International Paper has an opening for an experienced maintenance technician at our manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This facility manufactures solid fiber products for local and national customers. Successful candidates must possess multi-trade skills in mechanical, electrical, programmable controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam systems, machine shop operations, and welding. Candidates must have the ability to troubleshoot and make necessary repairs. Good mechanical aptitude, the ability to read electrical schematics, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with corrugating and converting equipment is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. High school degree (or equivalent experience)
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
3. Electrical background highly desirable
4. Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed

The hiring process will include a pre-employment aptitude test and a team interview.
