Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations across commercial properties. You will assist in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and respond to emergencies. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting preferred.
• Experience with building systems and maintenance equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate and service pumps, valves, controls, and other devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Inspect and repair finishes and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests as needed.
