Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Denver is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties. You will assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment.

Essential responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems, servicing pumps, valves, electrical and mechanical devices, installing and modifying equipment, painting and carpentry,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and electrical/mechanical/hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
