Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for critical data, analytics, and application platforms.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents across data pipelines and systems.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Python/R workflows and analytics processes.
• Monitor and support data workflows created with Alteryx and SQL queries.
• Coordinate RCA and preventive fixes with engineering and infrastructure teams.
