Andersen Corporation is seeking a skilled L2 technical support specialist to troubleshoot Salesforce, iOS, SQL, ServiceNow, and Qlik challenges for retail operations. You will resolve incidents, create knowledge articles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes.

The role emphasizes following established procedures, contributing to training, and maintaining high OSAT service levels while supporting both affiliate and company-owned retail networks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in technical support or related role
• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce, iOS apps, SQL, and ServiceNow. Administration certification a plus
• Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Information Systems or equivalent work experience and technical training

Responsibilities

• Resolve retail software incidents at the L2 level for Salesforce, iOS, SQL applications using ServiceNow and meet OSAT service levels.
• Interpret, create and update knowledge articles, quick reference guides, and standard work instructions to resolve issues.
• Participate in team coordination meetings to share learnings and align priorities.
