Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related STEM fields.
• 6+ months of experience with scripting (SQL, Python, PowerShell, etc).
• 6+ months of experience in current IT technologies (Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, etc).
• 1+ years of experience with relational database technologies and database engineering or admin support.
• 1+ years of experience with automated monitoring and alerting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for database systems and data loader processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain data integration in automated manufacturing environments.
• Support end-users with database-related issues and performance monitoring.
