Your application will be read by an actual person who’s excited to discover the real you.****Summary**At New Charter, we are seeking a Tier 2 Cloud Engineer (in other companies this person could hold the title of Cloud Support Engineer, Azure Systems Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Administrator), to support and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environments while serving as a key escalation resource for Tier 1 technicians.In this role, you will administer Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, virtual networks, NSGs, storage accounts, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD); manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune; troubleshoot identity, MFA, and Conditional Access issues; support RBAC assignments and security configurations; execute established cloud standards; and assist with PowerShell scripting to streamline provisioning, user lifecycle management, and operational workflows.To be successful in this role, you must have 2–4 years of progressive IT experience with hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration in production environments. Required experience includes managing user accounts and licensing, troubleshooting authentication and identity issues, working with Azure networking fundamentals, and supporting security controls under established standards. You must demonstrate strong troubleshooting methodology, the ability to follow structured processes, and clear documentation skills.
