Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of kits and materials.
• Execute laser marking and wire identification processes.
• Create bag and harness labels for production accuracy.
• Prep wires by stripping, crimping, and installing solder sleeves.
• Terminate wires into electrical connectors with precision.
• Build harnesses using form boards, drawings, and wiring practices.
• Conduct continuity checks and functional verification.
• Assist with final bagging and kitting.
• Work with complex terminations such as Quadrax and Coax.
• Operate avionics test equipment (multimeters, TDRs).
• Follow SOPs, wiring practices (SWP), and FAA requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, including SOP revisions.
• Maintain tool control, cleanliness, and quality.

What will you be doing?

• Perform incoming inspection of kits and materials.

• Follow all SOPs, wiring practices (SWP), and applicable FAA requirements.

• Maintain tool control, cleanliness, and quality standards.
