Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center - St. Joseph, MO

Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community committed to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents. We are currently seeking a Licensed Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA) to join our dedicated night shift team and help us continue providing exceptional resident care.

Shift:

Part-Time | Night Shift | 11:45 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily medications as prescribed (both prescription and non-prescription)
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support resident care
• Accurately document medication administration and resident response
• Follow all written and verbal medication administration protocols
• Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report appropriately
• Collect and label samples for lab analysis when necessary
• Ensure medical equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
• Adhere to all health, safety, and infection control policies
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active L1MA certification in the state of Missouri
• Ability to work overnight hours and maintain reliability for shift coverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology
