We invite a L1 Support Engineer (Night work schedule)to join the VeliHorizon team.Horizon is a high-performance, API-driven, microservices-based platform that takes iGaming businesses to the next level.

Our platform processes thousands of transactions per second, ensures real-time data accuracy, and delivers a stable and efficient operational environment for businesses worldwide.
In this role, you will:- B2B technical support, indication, escalation of an issue, and passing it to the relevant team
- Monitoring, alerting, and escalating any issues in the system
Skills and experience you will need:- Understanding, working, and troubleshooting experience with API
- Understanding of Network, cloud, and general IT infrastructure components
- Basic understanding and working experience with any Database
- Knowledge and experience with Git
- Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English level
Would be a plus:- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Grafana
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with iGaming projects
- Experience with Linux
