Job summary

Avomo is seeking an Operations Associate for the Overnight Shift to support autonomous vehicle operations. You will ensure vehicles are launch-ready, manage charging flow, and perform inspections in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.

This role emphasizes ownership, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance into training, calibration, and leadership roles. A high school diploma and 3 years driving experience are required, with ability to work outdoors and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads.
  • Ability to parallel park with minimal assistance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and fully launch-ready.
  • Manage vehicle charging flow to prevent congestion and maximize efficiency.
  • Perform inspections and maintain high quality standards.
  • Execute troubleshooting actions using internal mobile applications.
  • Disengage and reposition vehicles to support charging and operational flow.
  • Monitor battery levels and support swap processes when needed.
  • Accurately document issues and elevate when required.
  • Maintain decals and overall fleet presentation standards.
