Base pay range: $51,588.00/yr - $69,396.00/yr

This recruitment is used to fill multiple permanent positions. The position requires in-office training for the first 11 months at Tumwater, WA. Join our apprenticeship starting July 16, 2025, and make a difference in injured workers’ lives, workplace safety, and integrity in claims processing.

Program Details

• 22-month apprenticeship with classroom training and potential hybrid telework options after 11 months
• Personal coach/mentor and team of experienced Claim Managers
• Journey-level certification upon completion

Salary Information

• Starting at $4,339/month, progressing to $4,987/month after 22 months
• Additional 5% salary increase for bilingual positions or responsibilities
