Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. This role offers 36 hours per week, comprehensive benefits, and potential overtime coverage. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for experienced L&D nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting. Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
• BLS, ACLS (current upon hire)
• NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within three months of employment) in required specialty.
• Fetal Monitoring class within the past two years
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.
• Demonstrates professionalism and follows the care plan and physician orders for Labor & Delivery patients.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Participates in orientation and ongoing education to maintain competencies.
