The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Harper University/Hutzel Women’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery to join a compassionate, innovative healthcare team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, support families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, teaching, and supervision within a 72-hour weekly schedule on nights.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in Michigan is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• AHA BLS is required (certification).

Aufgaben

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making.
