Job summary

ARCO is seeking an L&D Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and coordination of learning initiatives across the division. You will partner with divisional leaders and HR to identify development needs and deliver programs that drive business goals.

You will manage content development, LMS changes, and learning paths in collaboration with the Learning Technology Specialist, while co-managing the division's L&D budget with the Director.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5-8 years in Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Passion for learning, improving, and sharing best practices
  • Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus

  • Develop detailed shared project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Support content development and design (on-the-job training materials, presentations, and e-learning), and facilitate course offerings when needed
  • Partner with the Learning Technology Specialist to implement learning paths, reporting structures, and system changes in the LMS that support division programs
  • Co-manage the division's L&D budget in partnership with the Director

The L&D Program Manager is responsible for the tactical development, implementation, execution, and coordination of learning programs and initiatives within their assigned division. A Day in the Life:
