Job summary

DeZURIK, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to shape learning across the organization, balancing strategy and execution to help team members grow and succeed.

You’ll lead design, development, delivery and administration of learning programs for technical skills, leadership, onboarding, and enterprise-wide capability, plus manage the LMS, content, training, and data analysis. Within 90 days you’ll lead core learning operations and help shape the future L&D roadmap,

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and program-management skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, Microsoft 365, and virtual learning tech.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and administer learning programs across technical, leadership, onboarding, and enterprise-wide capability.
• Manage LMS, create engaging content, facilitate training, coordinate programs, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to align learning solutions with business needs and future growth.
• Lead core learning operations and drive improvements to existing content and the L&D roadmap.
