Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Job Title:L&D Facilitator III - Virtual facilitation, Call center
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay range $38 - $42/hr
Work Type: Remote, New Jersey, Open to mountain / Pacific time zone
Location:Mount Laurel, NJ
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Core business hours

Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities:

• The L&D Facilitator will be supporting the project and facilitation of necessary training for a newly created business within the US Contact Center (USCC).
• Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, a focus on customer service, and client culture.
• Training may be a combination of virtual and in-person, so some travel may be required.
• The first several months will be focused on learning the systems and procedures of the anticipated 19 or 20-day program.

Must Have:

• Virtual classroom applications ( Similar to Adobe Connect / Teams )
• Facilitation skills ( in-person and virtual )
• LMS experience

Nice To Have

• Call center experience (agent and/or facilitation) is strongly recommended.
• Knowledge of call center functions, concepts of authenticating customers, and delivering legendary service.
