Job summary

Imperial London Hotels is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our People & Development team. Hybrid role with 4 days in Bloomsbury office and 1 day WFH.

You will partner with hotel leaders to identify capability gaps, design innovative learning solutions and deliver projects that impact business performance and employee growth, while driving continuous improvement across the learning function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development with stakeholder-facing experience.
• Experience partnering with managers and leaders to identify development needs.
• Strong design and facilitation skills to deliver impactful programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking

• At least 3 years' experience in Learning & Development
• Experience partnering with managers and operational leaders to identify development needs
• Strong learning design and facilitation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• The confidence to challenge constructively and drive change
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A recognised L&D, training or facilitation qualification CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience in multi-site hospitality, retail or other customer-focused environments
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Experience with coaching, mentoring or management development
• Knowledge of digital learning platforms, learning analytics and AI-enabled learning solutions
