Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and nursing licensure required; BSN encouraged but not mandatory for employment.
• Upon hire: Washington RN license.
• Upon hire: American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 patient care delivery aligns with professional and center standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor unit-based quality improvement programs.
• Coordinate patient care activities with the health care team on a daily basis.
• Focus on staff retention, provide coaching and professional development across shifts.
