Job summary

Qualco Group is seeking an enthusiastic L&D and Engagement Specialist to help build a strong learning culture across the group. You will design meaningful learning journeys, manage our learning platforms, and support talent programs to help our people grow and reach their full potential.

You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences across onboarding, leadership, technical and soft skills, including AI and digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Training & Development, Psychology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably in tech/financial services/consulting.
• Hands-on experience managing learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and designing learning programs or journeys.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Tech-savvy with interest in digital and AI-powered learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continually develop learning platforms (LMS/LXP) including content curation, program setup, user management, reporting and adoption.
• Design and deliver learning journeys for onboarding, leadership, technical and soft skills, including AI-related topics.
• Coordinate annual L&D plan, external providers and training budget; track participation and costs.
• Evaluate learning programs via assessments, feedback and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Design engaging learning experiences using workshops, webinars, e-learning, videos and blended formats.

We are looking for a passionate L&D and Engagement Specialist to join our L&D and Engagement Team. You will play a key role in building a strong learning culture across the Group. You will design meaningful learning journeys, run and develop our learning platforms, and support talent programs that help our people grow and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Platforms & Digital Learning

• Manage and continuously develop our learning platforms (LMS/LXP): content curation, program and learning-path setup, user management, reporting and platform adoption;

• Promote digital learning and self-directed development, helping employees make the most of the available learning resources;

• Monitor platform analytics and learning data to understand usage, engagement and impact, and recommend improvements.

Learning Journeys & Programme Design

• Design, build and continuously improve learning journeys for different audiences, roles and career stages, covering onboarding, leadership, technical, soft and future-ready skills such as AI and digital;

• Identify learning and development needs through the annual learning plan process and close partnership with managers and HR Business Partners;

• Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences in different formats, including workshops, webinars, e-learning, videos, microlearning and blended programs;

• Create and maintain training materials, guides and toolkits, and review content prepared by internal and external trainers;

• Coordinate the annual L&D plan, external providers and the training budget, keeping accurate records of participation, costs and expenses;

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback and KPIs, and turn insights into continuous improvement;

• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in learning, digital learning and AI in L&D.

Employee Engagement Activities

• Design and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding activities, workshops and other activities that strengthen collaboration and employee experience;

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business teams to tailor engagement activities to team needs and priorities;

• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Psychology or a related field; an MSc will be considered an asset;

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Learning & Development role, ideally in technology, financial services, or consulting;

• Hands‑on experience managing learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and designing learning programs or journeys;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English;

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills;

• Tech‑savvy, with an interest in digital and AI‑powered learning tools.

• Experience with instructional design or e-learning authoring tools;

• Ability to define problems and get to their root causes;

• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation;

• A genuine openness to feedback and the ability to lead feedback conversations.
