Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury, who will assist in driving system implementation activities and must have strong project management and communication skills. This hybrid role is based in Chicago and is open to applicants nationwide.

Salary range is $84,000 - $111,000, with additional benefits including medical coverage, unlimited PTO, and opportunities for bonuses. Candidates must have prior professional services experience and be authorized to work in the U.S.

• 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 1+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.

Role

Senior Analyst, Treasury

Location

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing within a 45‑minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in‑person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing those days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.
• Travel expectations: up to 10%.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in driving the full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solutions, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product.
• Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, address escalations autonomously, and identify additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 1+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• Strong project management experience including work‑plan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Compensation range: $84,000 - $111,000. Final salary placement will be based on level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography, and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
