Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in KYC/AML, with strong knowledge of CIP, CDD, and BSA processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC/onboarding tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize LexisNexis and other data sources for client verification.
• Process 25–30 applications per day while meeting production SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ Years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of the Know your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP and CDD compliance processes.
• Proven experience in Quality Control and assurance
• Banking or Financial Services experience Account Opening or Client Onboarding experience Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• high-volume workloads & adherence to SLAs.

What You Will Be Doing

• .The ideal candidate has banking experience, direct KYC/onboarding experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills
• Candidates with LexisNexis experience and prior account-opening backgrounds from major banks will be the most competitive.
• This is a high-volume production role, processing roughly 25-30 applications per day, so candidates should be comfortable working under SLAs and production metrics.
