Job summary

Ontra seeks a KYC Analyst to join its KYC Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of KYC. You will drive completion of Know Your Customer requests and support onboarding for new customers across the EMEA region in a remote-first setup.

You will organize files, prepare precedents, and communicate with customers and counterparties to ensure a smooth KYC experience, helping launch Ontra's KYC services business in EMEA while upholding service quality. Knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
• Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund.
• Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and responsive KYC experience.
• Attention to detail in completing a high volume of KYC requests, including document collection and questionnaire responses.
• High polish and responsiveness in external communications, representing the brand and service quality.
• Growth potential with potential to take on more strategic responsibilities.

About The Role

Ontra is seeking a KYC Analyst, reporting to our Senior Manager of KYC, on our KYC Team.

We're looking for someone excited to drive the seamless completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers by organizing essential files, and play a vital role in growing our new KYC services business within EMEA.

What You’ll Do

• KYC Request Management: Complete KYC requests by answering questionnaires, providing necessary supporting documents, and effectively communicating with customers and their counterparties.
• Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by gathering, organizing, and managing the required files and precedents.
• KYC Service Launch: Play a key role in establishing Ontra's new KYC services business in EMEA, contributing to its successful launch and growth.
• Customer Communication: Engage in customer interactions regularly, ensuring clear, efficient, and positive communication within a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.
