Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in an onsite capacity across Canada and USA regions (Mississauga, Irving, TX, or Tampa, FL). The role focuses on defining requirements and enhancing KYC/AML processes within Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking functions.

You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions, create BRD/FRD, process maps, and user stories, and support UAT, testing, and implementation.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of Business Analysis experience focusing on KYC/AML/CDD.
• Strong skills in data analysis and MS Office.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, process mapping, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document KYC/AML business requirements
• Analyze customer onboarding and KYC processes
• Create BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and business rules
• Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams
• Analyze KYC data and identify process gaps/improvements
• Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and implementation
• Ensure solutions align with KYC/AML regulatory and compliance requirements
