The ideal candidate should have an active Kentucky Bar license and at least 1 year of litigation experience, although training is available for those with less experience. Strong communication and courtroom skills are essential.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000 plus performance bonuses, along with a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas is ideal.
• Must have strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from litigation through settlement.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions and handle mediations.
