KW Plastics & KW Plastics Recycling Division in Troy, AL is seeking a full-time forklift/operator helper to move and stage materials for production. The role involves operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate material handling and documentation throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and follow safety PPE requirements. This position supports production, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow at the Troy

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers and containers.
• Stack, stage and store materials in designated locations.
• Verify materials, quantities and documentation during moves.
• Inspect forklift equipment before use and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and traffic rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support production lines by delivering materials as needed.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and material tracking.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Additional duties as assigned.
