Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 9 to 12 years related experience.
• Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications.
• U.S. Citizen and Secret Security Clearance.
• NICET Level II certified.
• NFPA qualified Fire Alarm Systems personnel.
• Must read, write, and understand English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fire alarm detection and suppression maintenance program.
• Develop maintenance, test and inspection programs compliant with NFPA and DOD regulations.
• Plan and direct workload of lead alarm technicians; conduct quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate testing, repair and maintenance with facility custodians.
